Need Advice - AP & FP !

Hello All,

I have applied for I 485, I 765 and I 130.

BIOMETRICS:

I recently received my I 797C for biometrics. I am currently not in that state to get my biometrics done. How easy is it to reschedule it in another city/state and how long does it take. my biometrics are on the 10th.

I kind of lost my original I 797c notice. Is a photo copy accepted for the Biometric

ADVANCE PAROLE:

Due to some reasons i had fallen out of status and I have been out of status for over a year.

Since I filed my 485 would it be safe for me to file I 131 ???

What are the chances for me to get AP and how easy is it. Since I am married to a US citizen would i get the chance to leave the country on AP since my application is pending????

Was your I-94 issued with a specific date or D/S? That determines what will happen if you leave the US, although it would be safer to not travel. If you have accumulated unlawful presence I don't believe it will be forgiven based on a pending I-485 if you leave the country.

I believe you can reschedule the Bio appointment, yes. Are there instructions on your copied Bio notice for it? It would probably be a good idea for you to find out ahead of time if the copy is acceptable. In fact that's probably the first thing you need to find out. If you reschedule and then show up with paperwork unacceptable to them, it's probably not a good idea.
