i have been married for 1yr and 2months,she has her conditional
residency.shes from the philippines. i married for love and i soon realized she used me to gain status here. the past 3 months i found out at her work she doesnt wear her wedding ring and tell co-workers that her marriage is fake inorder to be
available to others, and now she is seeing another man, living together
and she doesnt mind getting a divorce because the guy she is with will
take care of her. She has caused me alot of pain and suffering. what
are my chances of suspending her rights?" what should i do?

Mr. Adulterer's husband...

If you knew she married for immigration, then you are reaping what you sown in the past year and three months.... She is getting screwed by other men...:( sad story....

The immigration forum is just for that... immigration issues... When she files for removal of conditions, you can refuse to file jointly with her..:o Alternatively, you can file for divorce tomorrow at a local court, in that way, when she becomes eligible for removal of conditions on her greencard, she will be forced to file alone because of the divorce.

This is when USCIS will have a new affair with her... :D involves screwing her over big time, with a denial and deportation....deportation...:D

Time reveals all things. She will have to face it when she goes to remove her conditional status to permanent status. If you and she are not at the interview, they will deny her and then deport her. Or she can return to the status of 'illegal resident'. If she tries to remarry another US citizen, ( that is if you divorce her) it won't go so good to have married 2 times in such a short time. Immigration will be very suspicious. I encourage you to do her no harm. Take care of yourself and protect yourself. God bless.

Mr. Enteng: It really hurts to be used like this way, but as I understand it you have nothing to lose. You are a US citizen and you can file for divorce at any time. If she thinks she had used to she has long way to go; she should have waited for the condition to be removed and then you could have had no recourse, but now that the condition is still there her greencard is just good for few months. She may not know or understand this…what you need is for yourself be clear…go to court in your state and file for divorce (if you have no faith in her for future reunification) and this process takes about three months…after you divorce you can remarry without problem…and if you want to crew her big time send a copy of the divorce degree to the USCIS and a detailed letter explaining that the girl abandoned you after she got the greencard…in this case her greencard will be voided and if she tries to have another citizen file for her the USCIS will give her hard time, and whoever citizen who will file for her will know her previous marriage and will probable get suspicious…whatever the case don’t let your emotions overwhelm you and try to harm her physically, this will not send a jail but also it will help her case that you were abusive and that she abandoned you because you were abusive; therefore, do it diplomatically; she has ruined you emotionally; you can ruin her legally…be smart

Couldn't have said it better myself :D

Jeez

Why are people so horrible? I mean really - there are plenty of scumbags willing to marry to get someone into the country. Why do they have to take a nice person and ruin their life like this?
I say divorce the evil doer. Let her fend for herself with her green card. I'm sure when she files with husband #2 she will have a tough time explaining it all to the officer.
