Need Advice about my spouse FP notice

Hi All ,

     My company misplace my spouse Original FP notice . But they have xerox copy of Fp notice . My spouse need to give FP before 25 Feb 01 .
My questions are 1. Can my spouse go to INS with Xerox copy of FP notice and do FP . Will INS accept\'s xerox copy of FP notice .
     2. If they do not accept xerox FP , what are the other options i have .

I have done my FP , Dec 12 th . My PD 06/01/99 , RD & ND 09/00 . Got AP / EAD for both of us .

Please advice .

My understanding is that you do not need originals for FP. However, talk to your attorney before your spouce goes for finger printing.
