My friend's labor petition has been pending for the past 2 years. Finally it came back with a notice to the employer stating that they should retest the current market scenario. The case has been filed from California.
She has two options now - either go for a re-test of the market or covert her case to a non-RIR. Which option should be choosing? Any suggestions on this scenario are welcome.
