Need adavise over 700 days

My details
I-485-OCTOBER 2002
I did my 2nd FP on 15th June2004.I filled my AC21 in jan 2004.
No query yet .
I am on my 3rd EAD and 2nd AD .
They have not update my On line status since 1 st FP.
I tried to reach level 2 but they wont pass my call .

Is ther any way to know whats happening .How and who can help me .
Its been over 700 days .

There is nothing you can do other than keep waiting since their official processing time did not cross your ND.

There are lots of guys waiting with RD 01-2002 even some 2001 and the official current date is 02/2002 --- you have a long way to worry about your 700 days. I wish you best of lucks to get approved soon.

I am not at all trying to be sarcastic...but I just want you to know that I have been waiting over 3 yrs now (check my case details under signature)... so if my case makes you feel any better, I am glad.

Oct 2001!! thats long wait man. Have you contacted Senator/Congressman etc? Apparently your second FP also expired.!

Yes it is...Its been a long time.

No, finger prints are valid for 15 months or so I know. So, if I gave in July 2003, it should expire in Dec 2004.

Even if they did the INS need to send me a notice to get my fp taken again. I am not to be blamed for their negligence.

@#$@$, at this point, I dont give a sh***.
