Hi there:

do I need to find a lawyer for my marriage-base GC application?

if not, where can I get those forms? It seems I have to pay over hundred dollars for downlording one form from IRS webpage, am I right?

what exactly forms should I submit?

I work and live in NY, can I submit application in other state, such as NJ?
