Need a help for I-140 original...

Hello,
Could anyone please answer my question.
I have been asking for an original I-140 from my lawyer for my I-485 (EB) interview that I have to go for. He is saying that USCIS has original I-140. Is this possible or is it that my lawyer is lying ? What should I do ? He did send me the copy of I-140 approval. Is it sufficient to bring copy of I-140 for an interview ? Anyone was in this situation in the past. Please respond at the earliest. Thanks a lot.

Yes he is lying, without he getting the original how can he make a copy(as simple as that).

Normally company doesnt provide you with original I140. If you get a copy that is more than enough for you to attend the interview. Good Luck

I have my I-140 Orginal with me,But for interview, copy is good enough , in the case if they asks for orginal you can divert that question to liar(lawyer)
