Hello Everyone, I really need your help if you can of course. I just can't decide what to do. I become an American citizen in September 2015. But I got married in June 2014 and we have a son who was born in April 2015. My wife and my Son are living in Africa and me I am living and working here in America. My income is between 50K to 60k. I would like to know what is the best way to bring my family here with the Son? As spouse visa or Fiancée visa? And if they come like spouse or fiancée visa, do my Son will be American citizen directly or he will need to have the Green Card and wait 5 years like me?

Or better to go to my country and declare my son in US Embassy, so he can get the citizenship before coming here and then apply a spouse visa only for my wife? And if she get approved, she can come with the Son, or Apply spouse visa but include that she have a Son? Please help me because I don't know what to do. Sorry for my English!!!!!

You said you already got married, so she is not your fiancee, and cannot get a fiance visa. A CR-1/IR-1 immigrant visa is the only way.

Your son is not a US citizen as you were not a US citizen when he was born. Your son will also need to be petitioned to immigrate (i.e. get green card) the same way, to get an IR-2 immigrant visa. However, the moment your son enters the US, not only will he automatically become a permanent resident, he will also automatically become a US citizen as he is a permanent resident minor living in the US with a US citizen parent.
