Hi everyone,
I am gathering and preparing document for this coming interview. My sister-in-law got an old friend in the state and her friend is willing to help us on filling the affidavit of support. As I am doing CP interview in my country, from my research, I need I-134 form as a proof of sponsorship. Before I am mailing this form to her at the state to fill out, I need some guidance from anyone who have experienced in this form. Here in my questions;
1).On section no.7 ( http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-134.pdf ). In this section, does she need this fill out every part or just pick one that suites her the most?
The reason I ask this is because it is very uncomfortable for her to write down any information on "I am employed as or engaged in the business of", "I derive an annual income of", "the value of property", "the value of stock ans bond", "the sum of life insurance", "the cash surrender value", "the real estate value", and "the mortgage value". I think she just wants to write down only the part "I have a deposit on savings banks in the United States." Would that be okay if she just states the amount of money she has in this part only?
2).Based on an instruction from USCIS ( http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134instr.pdf ), If she can use just only her savings bank account to sponsor me, the document she needs to give me back is a complete I-134 form and a statement from the bank identifying a date account opened, total amount deposit for the past years, and present balance right?
3).In my case, my wife is a principal applicant for DV2009. When filling I-134 in section 3 (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134.pdf) asking "the affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person", should I put my wife name at the beginning and put my name in the below part saying "Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person" or vice versa? or Should I ask my sponsor to fill out 2 copies of I-134 forms; one for me and one for my wife?
Sorry if my questions are kinda bit picky on details. I just want to make sure everything is corrent so that I don't have to be worry about it when the time comes. I would be appreciate if anyone can give me some advice. Thanks in advance
