Need a clarification..... Urgent..... Please help

Hi,

My husband received his labor approval this week. He is planning to apply his 485 along with 140 if possible in TSC.

But he has already applied for I-485 as a dependant through my labor in VSC in Nov, 2004 which is still in process. Can we file another 485 without interrupting the current 485 process in VSC. If yes, are there any special care we need to take?

Yes he can file without any issue, as many do,

When any 485 get approved the other will automatically avodid./denied.

Let him know, do mention in new 485 that he has already filed. do not hide anything. neither u need to.
