Need 2nd opinion on answering 'Good Moral Character' questions in N400

Simple question ... I just don't want to make a mistake here. I got a couple of traffic tickets over the past 10-12 yrs for which I paid fine (nothing too gravitas, no arrest, nothing out of the ordinary). Of course I am going to mention 'em in my appl.

Hence, this is how I am planning on filling the form given the fact I have no other encounters/run-ins w/ the law :D :

YES to #16 (Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including INS and military officers) for any reason?) 'cos I believe a moving violation is a citation and hence covered by this Q.

NO to #15 (Have you EVER committed a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?)

NO to #17 (Have you EVER been charged with committing any crime or offense?)

NO to #18 (Have you EVER been convicted of a crime or offense?).

My question is - are my responses correct? Or do I need to answer YES to any of the questions 15, 17, 18.

per your statements, i believe your answer to #17 and #18 is correct.

for #15, I do not know. hee hee.. i guess you know it better than we do. So you should know what to answer. (i.e. how would i know you were not arrested for the any crim you committed? heehee)
 
You MUST answer NO to every questions you mentioned. Otherwise, get ready for a loooooong delay in your application processing.

I had two traffic tickets that I listed on my application and I answered the questions just like you did. Yes to #16 and NO to 15,17 and 18. The interviewing officer didn't seem to care about the traffic violations. He just asked me if I have ever appeared before a judge for any criminal activity.
 
So folks if somebody had only traffic tickets and no other problem with the law then question
