Necessary vaccinations for medical portion of interview process?

Hi there,
can anyone give me some advice on the necessary vaccination package for the medical examination portion prior to the interview at the US Embassy?

According to an official statement, the following are necessary/applicable, which i find quite excessive (and expensive):

• Acellular pertussis
• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B
• Influenza
• Influenza type b (Hib)
• Measles
• Meningococcal
• Mumps
• Penumococcal
• Pertussis
• Polio
• Rotavirus
• Rubella
• Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids
• Varicella
• Zoster
