nebraska processing times question

are they following the processing times on uscis website? cause my pd is nov. 2003 (philippines) and it is current and it's past 180 days.. is there any chance that they'll process it? my RD is july 20, 2007... and it says in the processing times july 11. i mean wtf! it's so frustrating

Why I said that if you hear my timelines then your case will seem like nothing unusual about it.
Here it is:

EB2 India PD Feb 2001
I485 RD June 2005 , pending since with Nebraska .
I definitely should say WTF......that is the only expression which can justify my frustrations....or not.....since so many 180 days periods passed by...
