As 09/30/05 comes closer, you will see the date change on the cases. And if the real id bill is passed..that means 2 fiscal year adjustments in this year..

when will the real ID be passed?
I would assume this Bill would pass by this month and the president will sign it into law. One question remains unaswered though--we are not sure if the Bill would lift the 10,000 cap. If it doesn't, it would be "double jeoperdy" for future asylum seekers.
