Nebraska ! How long it will take

Can someone let me know an approximatly how long it will take to process Green Card from Nebraska!

It would be great if mentioned by each stage (LC,I-140 and 485)?

Also LC with RIR and Withour RIR?

nebraska lc

for rir - the state will take 1 to 2 months
then federal (chicago dol) will take 3 to 4 months.

non-rir - the state will take abt 8-9 months
then federal (chicago dol) will take 3 to 4 months.

Mine LC was applied to Jun 16th 2003 and forwarded to DOL Chicago on 7th of Aug, 2003.
