Hi:
I want to try and make sense of who is getting approved and in what time frame. It appears that people are getting approvals with RD and NDs after mine. I want to see what the pattern is. If you have not had your i-485 approved yet, if you feel comfortable, please send me your:

I want to try and find out what USCIS is doing. Is there racial profiling going here--I am sure there is, but to what extent? Are certain nationalities or religious backgrounds getting expedited handling, while others languish in "name check" for years?

I will appreciate as much info as you feel sending me. Send me a private message if you feel more comfortable.

I am also eager to hear from people other than those within the Jan-June 2003.

This data for June 21 2003.

I have similer data for other days in June, July, August, Sept 2003.
 
so confused these days after new Rules

Hi GURUS
I am so confused these days, i am also concurent filer, ND is 20 SEP 2003.
got 140 approved and waiting for 485 approval.

How long it takes to get 485 approval, when should i expect atleast.. currently which month they are doing now..

Only god knows how long it will take but you should be pationed. In this thread people are waiting from Jan 02 and some from before that.

With the pilot program and backlog elimination programs, stupid programs, etc, they have messed the whole process. It is their mistake, inefficiency and poor managing. Yet we have to pay the price. We pay taxes from the day one. Shouldn’t we be treated better?

receipt date you have to scan by your self. If some one wants, I am
ready to share the script LIN-03-164 (RD - 04/16/2003, ND - 04/21-2003).
 
I don' understand...

I have a problem believing these scripts. For instance, I485sep03 has posted the data for June 21, 2003. There are many approval dates on June 20, 2003. How is this possible? Could it be that many of these are not I485 filings? Or some could be dependent filings who file after the primary has filed? What say guys...how do you read these scripts?
