Can you please let me know how can I find out if my application is pending on the FBI name check or it is cleared up? When I spoke to the Senator, the INS told him/me my application was put on the FBI name check but my lawyer told me that the decision hasn't been made yet. It has been more than month, should I be worry eventhough I passed the English/Civic Test but i didn't get the "Congratulation".
I had the Citizenship Interview on April 11th on Nebraska Center.
