neberaska processing times.

Hello Friends,
I am very novice to I-140 / I -485 issues. so please excuse me if my
concerns are invalid.

I am still stuck in BPC for Labor filed with EB3 from IL .
However I just dared to look at I-140/485 related dates to check what
lies ahead.

I am very confused by what I saw on http://www.immigration.com/frame/eprocessingtimecafr.html.

I have following questions:
1. Doest the cases (with Labor from IL), the I-140/485 cases would go only to neberaska?? Or they can be filed in another processing centers?

2. After looking at the processing datest on http://www.immigration.com/frame/eprocessingtimecafr.html.
Under I-140 it shows ---- Dec 01, 2003 and March 01, 2003.

What are these dates? Are these the dates when I-140 / I -485 was
applied to Neberaska processing center or these are the dates with
Labor certification priority dates?

3. Under these forums, on multiple places I saw, many cases were
approved with I-140 filed much later than Dec 01, 2003 (under EB3),
didn't see any thing like this for I-485 though? What does it mean,
can someone please explain?

Being stuck in Labor stage, I thought this is the most gruesome stage, But
the details from http://www.immigration.com/frame/eprocessingtimecafr.html
doesn't show a good picture of what lies ahead.
