Nearing 90 days deadline for EAD -- IEAD, what to do??

Guys: I reach the 90th day on July 16th. How does one go about gettign the interim EAD.

Is there something interim AP along the lines of iEAD?

No interim AP.
U can get emergency AP - but that depends on the emergency and also the officer who u deal with.

To get an interim EAD, go down to the local BCIS field office and take the following items:

1. A copy of your I485 RN
2. A copy of your I765 application receipt notice
3. Passport with I94
4. Letter from your employer or current pay stubs (not required but I was told to bring it with me just in case which I did)

The local BCIS issues interim EADs typically valid for 90 days.

My application will reach 90th day on august 6th.Can my wife apply for interim EAD too?She is on H1 right now???
