Yesterday I listened to AVM and heared good news that my case is approved.

RD,ND: SEP-00
RFE generated by INS : 23-Jul-01 (pay stubs,W2 form and employer letter)
RFE rcvd by INS rom Lawyer: 8-AUG-01
APPROVED: 15-AUG-01
I haven\'t received approval notice yet.
I will call INS monday to talk to IIO to just confirm again.

One question about RFE, which year W-2 was requested? Suppose you sent 3 year tax forms which has W-2. Thanks

They asked me only year 2000 W2 form, So we sent that only

Yes, in my case AVM worked very well. They updated very promptly in each step.
