ND/RD Feb'02: Post details

With the weather getting warm(I am from east coast), and with TSC getting faster, the day when 2001 cases will be alll Approved, is not very far. But even with 2001 cases pending, as we know, nothing is stopping TSC to start working and approving 2002 cases. The reason to start this thread is to find out where cases with Feb'02 stands/FP status/RFE.

To start, my RD is 14 Feb'02 and ND is 21 Feb'02. FP was done last year Mar'2003. Current status still says '990-999 days'. SRC in range SRC-02109XXXXX.

Still the message at USCIS says 990 to 999 days.

Confirmed with FBI(after doind finger prints), they sent the fp next day to USCIS TSC.

Does any body in the same boat.

Still the message at USCIS says 990 to 999 days

My FP was done May 13 2003 and my On Line message at USCIS never change from 990 to 999 days but some of my friend has changed as FP Received and process resume Etc.

I Spoke to my atorney she say's there are some clerks in INS Office they just do filing as soon as any information received from the file Holders and updated Online Status but some time Clerks are too Lazy they done the filing but not change the status.

On-line msg still those "990-999..."BS. Confirmed with FBI FP results sent back to TSC.

It's interesting to me to see that these 485 filers between Feb to Apr. 02 all finished FP but the the on-line msg are the same as "990-999...". Wonder what's going on?

Another one of those whose online msg. still says 990 blah blah...
even though FP was completed and FBI sent it the very same day to BCIS.

Called up the most useless BCIS customer service and they did not even have info. that I had received a FP notice or that the results were received. Usual "we do not have access to personal files" crap.

I also inquired as to why my online msg. did not change when the FP notice was issued. To this the lady claimed that BCIS never changes the online message when FP notice is issued.
I said that I knew for a fact that many folks have seen a change in their msg. She adamantly denied this was true.
