ND/RD dates at local office.. please respond!!

Hi,

My case was transferred to charlotte today. THe processing date is 6/2003 now. Is the date they got the petiont at thier office or is it the original ND/RD when we applied for I-485?

Info is not clear, it is assumed that 6/2003 is current processing date to local INS off where ur cased is transfered,

It mean serving/processing petitions submited to Local Office before 6/2003.
Transfer cases usualy take some time to get schld interview.
ask ur attorney to send inquery letter to confirm they got ur case, and how long it will take time.
