My ND/RD is April 12 2002 I have not received FP notice or anything at all therefore just called the 1-800 number and the lady told me there was nothing to worry about that they were just working on Sep 2001 ...

I am frustrated!!!!! How much longer???
Your views/opinions are welcomed...I am addicted to reading this forum everyday now.

Just letting you know that I did my FP in December 2002.

And my Receipt date is April 2002.

You need to call and reqest them
 
Why not you meet the Senator

Or Congressman.

Make a good case stating that FP has been sent to all others and you have not received FP........... which is unusual .......... list the # of cases during your date which have got the FP done from the spreadsheet which is available in this thread.

State that ........ there is every possibility that the file has been lost .......etc.

This is what happened to a friend of mine. He had to re-submit the whole papers again...... which was responded...........Just giving my thoughts.....

Its our case ..........so we have to go an extra mile to get it resolved bud..... dont take me wrong.....
