Just check this out. Amazing Stats:

it is actually Sept. 10 - ND

The stats are actually for Sept 10, 2003 Notice Date. Does not matter though because the #s are still very interesting.. one thing though the cases fall under the 2003 year for USCIS.. as we know that USCIS YEAR is from Oct - Sept.

Do we know if these are all 140s

Seems like I am one of the 3 unlucky ones who didn't get their 140s and didn't receive an RFE.

Poput,

are you an EB2 applicant?? do you have degrees from India?? maybe they need to spend more time on your case (because it is EB2 and maybe they have to do degree evaluation etc.) and that is why they left it for a later date??
