my freind girl she been approved 4 days ago ..
her ND november 2002..
she have TB skin test positive with normal chest x-ray ..
she never had any problem so far .
her case in nebraska service center ..she the principal ...also she single and have no kids of course.

Please extend my congrats to your friend girl ! I thought most of ND 2002 were approved ( Mine is an exception )..

My ND is March 2002, transferred to TSC and no response yet.

Well...GrassRoot...I am sure there are many others. I say this because when I started a new thread with subject: "TSC Club - RD 2002" not many responded but so many people viewed messages.

What is your ND?

Last week I asked Senator's local office to make an inquiry at TSC. I have not received a response yet. I will let you know as soon as I hear from them.

I asked Senator's intervention regarding my ND 2000 case. Although on Feb 09 I got approved but received response from the Senator's office that USCIS reported back to Senator saying the applicant you made an enquiry is Dec 2000 & currently we are on the process of adjudicating Dec 2000. So your applicant will receive a decesion another 6/8 weeks.
Senators office made that inquiry on Jan 13TH & that time my case was still pending but on Feb 09 I received my approval E-mail & 14TH actual approval mail through US postal service.
The reason I'm saying this cause most probably your Senator will receive the same reply from USCIS like mine. Although we very well know even people with ND 2003/2004 getting approvals.
Sorry & I don't want to discourage you but just giving that excuse USCIS can say sorry Senator with due respect we are handling Dec 2000 so your applicants time has not yet come.
But I must say it's a good decesion to ask congressional intervention. Who knows that may help to speed up the process. It's always wise to try every possible way to speed up this long process. Good luck.

Juxhin,

Mine is 2002 Apr ND. I am sure there are many 2002 ND pending in the nation, but within this forum not so many 2002 left. Many views did not mean they are 2002 NDs. Or a person like me can view the same thread many times thus contribute many "hits".

You may make Infoseek to inquire your case status or 800#, and then you may learn your case is stuck by Name Check...

Honnestly is not that late for 2002 applicant to worry to much..
Any 2002 applicants can be approved any days... and any time..
