ND Nov2001 RFE received.Please help

Hi guys ,
My girlfriend got RFE today , i602 form with attach "fraudulent I20 form to obtain a benefits in the US" . Originally she came with student visa , and left college in a two months .She applied for asylum later.Now we have to explain.
I have few questions :
1.This is normal , nothing to worry about?I hope so.
2.Template posted here on forum , how is related to i602 , I mean where in
i602 she need to mention something (like attachment or appendix)
and how exactly to call it (letter , statement???)
3.She will talk to lawyer , but I'd like to confirm myself that they doing everything OK.
Please share your experience or knowledge, we need help!

Don't worry, normally your girlfriend will get her GC soon. You can go to her lawer get a professorial explain, or you can DIY. My son in the same situation, and he got approved very soon.

The template was written by a lawyer, by my lawyer. So its legitimate document. Its a statement with all your facts. You can put attachments like this 1)I am married to a U.S Citizen. [Certified Marriage certificate is attached to this affadavit as exhibit A to this document ]. You then need to mark the marriage certificate as EXHIBIT A ...clearly marked..And that also needs to be notarized...

I hope it helps. I helped somoene on this board to write a I-602 and he was approved..and i am still waiting...go figure..

Have another question.When you got RFE by mail , did they include standard small envelope with red line on the left?They asking in a letter to use only this envelope to mail back form.It is hard to fit extra papers in it , I think like 5-7 maximum pages only.She called toll free NSC and they confirm , that she must use only that envelope , she can not put it inside A4 size letter envelope from usps/fedex.

The toll free people should be shot down..They are dorks..stupid MF's assholes...Anyways..Paper clip the envelope on top of the RFE letter in a BROWN A4 envelope. Then put that whole thing in a USPS envelope...

My lawyer did that and no problem in them getting the RFE.
 
My RFE was mailed out in the USPS express mail envellope format.No problem.Uscis toll free has never been helpfull in our most of matters.I don't know why you folks keep calling that number.No folk from this forum was 100 percent satisfied on uscis phone calls.
