Finally my 485 was approved on 21st May 2001.

No RFEs
Never called the service center.

I got the courtesy copy and my lawyer got the approval letter yesterday.
Planning to do the passport stamping in the next few weeks.

Congratulations RSG,

Please post your stamping experience in Charlotte, NC.
Is there a specific day on which you can stamp your passport or can you go there on any day.
How long is the wait.

I think u can do it only on tuesdays, wednesdays or thursdays.
I will be picking up the original notification from my lawyers office today and will probably go to the Immigration office some time next week for the stamping.

Myladoor i didn\'t see the updated info under vsc 2000 list can you pl update the db for me.(i am unable to login). also could u pl delete ID no 1524 which is same as id 1797.(sorry for messing up the data).
