Hi Everybody,

I am a silent visitor of this forum. I received 2 emails from USCIS this morning at 8:13AM showing my case has been approved. I didn't believe when I first saw them because I was not expecting it that fast. I made an appointment in Newark office for Dec 20th with infopass.
All my details are in my signature. Please let me know if you have any questions.
I wish fast approval to everyone.

Did you do an Early FP?
 
No, I did my FP on scheduled date in Newark office.
FP1 - Notice date 10/01/2004
FP1 - Schedule Date 11/19/2004

my dates are close to urs.
I-485 Nd: 27 Feb 2004
FP ND: 30 sept 2004
FP: 18 nov 2004 @ Newark, NJ
LUD: 30 Nov 2004: FP received on 29 Nov 2004, case resumed.

My priority date is 11 May 1998.

Did ur message change to FP received and if so on what date?
 
My message didn't change to FP recieved. It was still showing something like "We recieved your application and mailed you reciept" etc. Only LUD column changed to 11/29/2004.

Is PD played a part in hiskif's approval? Wondering if USCIS is implementing eb3 retrogression under the cover.

Would you mind sharing your country?
 
Mine is a substitution labor. I have no other documents or dates available other than the 485 receipts. Is there any way I can get the priority date without going through the immigration department? (They direct me to the HR, which is not a nice thing though) The immigration dept does everything for us. so I cannot even ask the attorney.
