Did the congressional inquiry and the answer we got was my name checks are cleared, but spouse's name checks are still pending. Ever since then(end of August), I started to send fax/ leave message in the voice mail to FBI. Finally recently I got an email reply from Mr. David Hardy (it seems he is really nice) to inform us the name checks were completed. This is a good news but bad thing is that we still don't know when ours are going to be approved. :-(

i call 800 number, and put a inquiry on my case.
and got a e-mail about they resonse to my inquiry.
i do not know how that looks like yet, i wish it can tell me more than
i can get from the web-site.

meanningfull response?

i put inquiry on my case since my case is overdue in every catagories.
such as more than 900 days after file, more than 65 days after they received
my response for their RFE, and so on.........
still wating response from CIS, has anyone got meanningfull response from
CIS after inquiry other than what you see on web-site?
something that what is really going on with your case?
am i asking too much from CIS?
what can i do for them to work on case?

Send Fax TSC around on same day- MAY 02 filers plan

Do not get dispappointed I wish and pray for your approval soon
Why don't you plan all to send fax to TSC on same day as MAY 02 filers are planning.

It is so frustrating to read 2001/2002 early pending cases at the same time messsage like approval exactly in 1 yr and so for concurrent filers.

TSC is beong unfair to us (non-concurrent filers)
