ND June 2001, Still Waiting

Hello everyone:
Can any of you tell me that Is there any case with ND of or before June, 2001 still waiting? I don't what is going on with my case?
Any tip is appreciated.

One of my friend's ND is march 2001,
still pending.NO RFE
IIO says it is still with an officer.
He is getting this same answer for the last 3 months.Once contacted INS through senetor ,they also got the same answer.who knows what is real reason?
 
RD in MAY But still waiting...!

My Receipt date is of 05/15/2001. I don't know what is going on in NSC. I am seeing people of Sep are getting approved, I am really very HAPPY for those guys but it really depressive the way NSC works. I called IIO "N" number of times. They always say that my case is still with the Examiner.

I have no idea what the hell that examiner is doing with my file.

My ND is 06/28/2001.
