Thanks alot everybody, this site was very helpful to me, it was a long wait especially with I-140 for CP we were very much worried, we came to know about that only in Nov 2001, ie after 11 months of filing I-485.
Later we talked to INS and NVC and then attorney to make sure that our I-140 papers are back from Chennai.
Anyway it finally got approved,
Once again thanks to everyone,
and also can someone please tell me whether i need to have the original attorney copies for passport stamping??? or
can i go ahead to norfolk with the copy of approval notices i have?
