Checked AVM yesterday night and could not believe when the message said that my 485 was approved. Checked couple of times to ensure it was my case#. My wife and son\'s were also approved on the same day i.e. 4/25. It is so relieving.
Never called the IIO just kept checking the AVM. My details:
PD:08/07/97
EB2/India
RD:01/30/00
ND:02/08/00
FP:03/03/01
No RFE. Thank god.
First time applied I140 under EB2 category but due to some screw up by my company got approved in EB3. Had to redo I140 under EB2. That delayed the whole process. In the hind sight it was of no use since now when my case is approved both my EB3 and EB2 PD dates are current.

I will update my ImmiTracker record also. Will keep checking this discussion in case anyone has any question.
There is one question I wanted to ask: does the minimum three months wait after getting GC (to leave the current company) start from the day of approval or the day of stamping your passport. I just can\'t wait to leave my current company. Will appreciate an answer. Thanks.
