My details: EB2 India, PD Sep 98, RD/ND Feb 00, No FP
I talked to the IIO and he mentioned that some people get FP at the beginning of the process and some do at the end of the process. It will take about 7-9 months to complete the process for Feb 00 cases. He said that you will receive an FP at the end of the process.

Same case PD May 1996, ND/RD Jan 2000. No FP yet. It will be about 365 days this Jan 2001. The days for I 485 is 360 Days - 560 Days.
So I think 6 more month from Jan 2001 at the most. I hope
