Finaly heard through AVM that case has been approved on Dec 15th. Spoke to a nice IIO on 12/12/01 who promised to send an e-mail to the adjudicater to know whether he has my I-140 for which case was delayed. My I-140 was sent to the INS storage and took time to get it back. My I-140 was for AOS.
