ND aug-9-99, RFE Issued

Hi All,

My details: RD-07-26-99, ND Aug9th-99, FP-06-2000

I just called INS and the AVS system said "was received on...".
I held for a IIO and surprise she said "A RFE was issued on NOv-2nd".

My attorney was changed by my company after I filed 485.
I called my new attorney and she said she didnt receive it. (Nov 2nd to NOv 13th ???)

What can I do now

Call the IIO and ask them to send it again, after 14days they will mail it again, but make sure you check your attorneys address with them

I guess the RFE was sent to your previous attoney -- the INS does not know your company changed law office. Why don\'t you contact your former attoney?
