Yes I send another email to fbi on 11/19/2004 and got reply on 03/21/2005.

Kris: So you rcvd. two email and first one was in Jamuary from FBI. How come they did not intimate if the mane check was done in December?

Secondly, why did it take USCIS so long after the name check? Was there any RFE?

Both of email response from FBI stated the name check was completed on Dec 2004.

There was no RFE
