ND 9/8/99 Finally Approved..

I got approval letter letter yesterday. ND 9/8/99. Country India.
EB2. PD was 3/13/1998. During this i went from a software engr in my
company to a director leading half the development staff. I had six releases of our web product (a leading cash management vendor company).
And it took INS all the time to get my approval. The message has not changed yet.

Since october of 2000, I had called INS three times. All the three times i got pretty much useless information. After that i figured it is a waste of time to talk to brain dead people. Last month i received my RFE for an updated employment letter. It was received on march 2nd. Approved on March 29th.

I started coming to this site in october of 1999. Since then i had been glued to this site. Except for some stray facetitous postings by some guys, this site is a haven for guys like me. I helped me motivate myself when i was frustrated beyond belief, first when i waited 9 months after getting I140 approved to get PD current and then another 18 months to get I485 approved. All those with a ND of Oct 99, please hang in there. You guys should get approval very very soon. Just a small thought.. Unless you have some very very genuine issues, stop calling the IIOs ..It is pretty much useless. It does diddly sawt to change the outcome of the case. What we need to do is to have our collective force through ISN heard in congress. Good luck guys. I am leaving for work today for the first time feeling relieved. Got to take care of my product release. Cheers..

congratulations to both of you! Ram_ramani.. what you say makes sense. I myself have never so far called
IIO.. I plan to call just once when my PD is current and VSC is processing my ND cases.
Best of luck for our future endeavours.. if you have the patience to weather this, you can do anything!

Congrats! I\'ve updated the (old) VSC Tracker entry.

Note: It is really good to see some of the old Tracker entries getting approved. Finally I feel that the VSC Tracker is coming of age! As most of the time the approvals were new to the Tracker and I had a feeling that the VSC Tracker is less representative of the population. May be those days are over....
