Hi all,

Just spoke with person handling my case at the lawyer\'s office.
Said that she spoke with the INS last Thursday and was told:

"Case is with an officer, expect a response within 3-4 weeks"

My Nd=8/21/00; EB2/RIR

I called 1 month back and IIO said that "case is with
officer.. Wait for 2-3 weeks"...now its 4 weeks +..
no news yet.."2-3 weeks" is ths standard answer by IIO
..no reason to get excited ((
