Talked to IIO at the beginning of July, August, and on 09/14/2000 (the day the case was approved), always got answer like "case is pending, no action/decision on it yet, cannot tell you if it\'s under review, call back in 4-6 weeks ..." So the experiences: no harm to talk to IIO from time to time to make sure all your documents are completed, but IIO may have no idea about each individual case. Don\'t get upset by them, your approval notice may show up the next day.
This board is more informative than IIO, thanks to everybody for posting useful info here, thanks to Rajiv for maintaining this excellent site. Good luck to everyone still waiting!
