ND 4/28/00 Case with officer

Hi,

Just talked with an IIO and she said case is "with an officer" but did not offer an ETA on approval. Any idea how long does it take for a straght case (no co-name change, no job switch etc)

EAC-00-158-XXXX, EB2-RIR, INDIA, RD 4/27/00, ND 4/28/00, FP 10/24/00

Hi MKM,

my case is very similar to yours. same RD and ND, EB2 RIR. The only difference is FP date which for me is 10/21. Anyway I called IIO after seeing your message. She just repeated what the AVM says, that is the case was received on 4/28. She would not tell me if my case was with an Officer and would not speculate on how long it will take. I verified the finger print results and current address on file.
