ND:4/02 received first FP

My wife and I received our First FPs last Friday. we did not do anything for it.
 
One More FP for RD/ND 06/2002

Received second FP notice to do it on 8/13/2004 for myself & mywife.
My first FP 04/03/2003 expired just one month back.
My details:
PD: 01/02/2001
RD/ND: 06/25/2002
3rd EAD, EB2 India.
Hope the second FP may trigger the approvals.

SSSPPP,
I am in the same situation waiting for 2nd fp. Did you have to call em to get the 2nd fp. Keep posting your details.
 
FP for 2002 cases

Hello SRM!
I didn't call them for 2nd FP. But I faxed them to speed up the process of my I-485 before the expiry of my first FP in june'2004. But no luck. I think they are scheduling the FP for all the 2002 cases that they are not FP'ed and with expired FP.Hope you will get yours FP soon or luckily may your i-485 get approved soon.

Thank you for your reply. Your approval could be any day.
Do early fp's if possible??.
I am waiting patiently for my second fp's. Things won't come easily for me . I have to struggle. Hope i would get my 2nd fp's soon.

that's really great news, you will get your approval soon (after fp) of course.
Pl pray for people like us who are waiting for their FP notices from last 2 years...
