Spoke with a nice IIO few minutes ago to change address on I-485. He said our applications are being processed. I should check with my lawyer after 60 days. Good to know that hold has been released for cases with ND after 10/99.

It is the same message I also got. But some people here got a message that "it is no more on hold" or "is with the officer". In my case he was very optimistic about the outcome. He specifically said it may or may not get approved, but wait for 60 days.

Yes. I-140 and I-485 have different company names. Pro-active ammended I-140 was file on 5/25. Did not bother to ask about I140.
