FP: 10/31/01 (Primary applicant); waiting for Spouse FP.

Spoke to congress woman on 1/24/02; received a call today (1/29/02) from congress woman
saying waiting for I-I40 copy, even though my case approved in NSC and for AOS.
I don\'t know what exactly that means!!!
I was in the impression, if I-140 is approved for CP, then NSC waits for I-140 from NVC.

Any commnets???

No, my I-140 approved for AOS.

And also congress women told me that, NSC requests every 2 months once I-140 copies.

Congressman and Senator have the same reply that INS NSC is waiting for I-140 Copy
I was in this immpression that My case was processed in CSC that is why they are
waiting I-140 copy from NVC..? More comments are welcome..//
