nd 10/99 rfe issued on feb 09

hi friends i called vsc avm and it says they issued an rfe for my 485.
exact nd is probably 10/19/99. eac-00-013. eb3 other. pd 07/98.
any ideas what this rfe might be about. looking forward for your responses.

same here, nd 10/99, rfe issued 1/29, havent rec yet. i guess its related to employment letter, etc.

My lawyer received my RFE on 1/16/01. It asked for employment letter.

My info is ND 10/19/1999 EAC00135XXXX EB2 other.

My lawyer sent the information and I called IIO and she
said they received on 1/30/01. Waiting for decision.

lovejesus, when was your rfe issued? caz i wanna check how long it takes to recieve it. the avm message said that if you do not recieve your rfe in 14 day you should check with iio.

I didn\'t get the RFE notice so I am not sure.
I didn\'t ask my lawyer to sent me copy which
I should have.

 My lawyer just said he received it on 1/16/01.

Sorry.. if you asked me you should have
received it. Give IIO a call.

Another note, my AVM has not changed at all.
Still say I485 application received on blah blah blah...
It was never updated for RFE issue nor acceptance.
I don\'t expect to find out the decision from AVM.

IIO told me about the receipt of RFE response.

My lawyer received the RFE.It is dated Feb 5,2001.RFE is for Standard Employment Letter with prospect for continued employment.
