I485 Need Help - Salary Cut - Urgent Need Help Gurus
GC Gurus,
Our company has announced a "big" salary cut. To make a long story
short, my new salary after the "big cut" will be a "little" higher
than what was reported during Labor Cert appln(RIR EB2). But the new
salary will be "much" lesser than what was reported when I485 was
filed. Its been over 6 months my I485 is pending at VSC.
I am very concerned if this salary cut will cause any problems for
the GC process, etc., etc. Please advise me GC Gurus....Thanks,JD_cool
