Hi,
   I am visitor of this site and i am glad to inform that my (including my wife\'s) 485 application was approved yesterday(07/24) and the AVM was updated yesterday with the approval message. I just spoke with an IIO and he also confirmed the approval. Thanks alot for all the active surfers of this site for all the valuable info. My Details :

 485 ND - 09/21/2000
 495 Approval Date - 07/24/2001

 Also i have a question regarding my case. I am in the process of changing employer and i have an offer to start on aug 13th. Please suggest me if there is any information(document) that i need to get from my current employer and also is there any document that i need to get from my future employer. I am changing jobs bcos my client can terminate the contract anytime and my employer also doesnt pay for more than 2 weeks of bench.

Is there any good in trying to postpone the joining date with the new employer?

is it safe to switch employers at this juncture?

Congratulations. Enjoy the freedom. Pleas update the immitracker. You won\'t be having any problem in switching the job. Try to stamp the passport before that. Also try to be in a good relation with the previous employer.

I agree with " Thomas Dev " , u should have any problem changing the employer...

Can u also share the info , Is your I-140 is approved for CP ????If u look into your I-140 approval notice u will know.

can u please post your RD , FP, few degits of eac and when did AVM got updated .
 
Interview with I-94 out of date.

Gurus,

My I-94 is up on August 11, when my H1B expires. My I-485 process is about to be adj, ND is Sep 14 2000.

I am a little bit concerned about what could happen if I go to the interview with an expired I-94. Should I ask for an extension before the interview? Do I have enough time for it?
