The few Aug \'00 cases posted here made me break my vow not to talk to an IIO ever... 
I spoke to an IIO a few hours back and she told me that they are processing August 1 cases, and my case (ND Aug 14) would be assigned to an officer in about 2 weeks and it would take anywhere between 30 and 45 days from that point on. This is the typical response that people have been hearing according to the posts here. So I am not sure if this post helps anybody(including me).
