I-140 filers with CP.Please respond to this thread and come together.

Hi,
I have seen so many threads for concurrent filers but none with CP.
We also have to be in touch guys as we are in the same boat.
Please I-140 filers with CP option and awaiting approval give details in this thread.
My details are as:
ND-06/05/03
EB3

Reply please and keep in touchas it feels good to know that we are not alone...

It doesn't fall in april/may/june timeframe you are looking for, but follows closely.

I dont think there are lots of CP people around here, so I suggest everyone post their details so we can judge the progress.

I have a question regarding CP. If I apply for I-140 through CP option do the I-140's go in the same queue as the AOS option

Another thought came to me - is it possible to change the title for this thread so that it reflects the true intention - i.e to bring together all the I-140 applicants with CP Option?

Currently it is a little misleading. I don't know how to change the title or even don't if it is possible at all. Else we can even move to a new thread and let all those responded to this thread known about it.
 
Just wondering why do you want open new thread for this. I-140 processing times are same irrespective of wheter you are going for CP or I-485

By the rule, it should be same but it isnt.
I was told by some well knowledgeble people in this field that !-140 with 485 process faster,becoz of EAD and Advance Parol approval. but there is no way to double check or confirm.
So we are trying to bring CP people together to keep a track of it.
And then we can compare the status with other threads involving 485.
 
Anushri is right - the probability of getting your I-140 approved quicker is higher if you apply for concurrent processing rather than I140 alone. I have also come across a couple of such cases. However one cannot say this is the trend because not one soul on this earth knows how USICS operates. :)

As mentioned in here, it is very difficult to predict the time frame for processing CP cases. I do not think that I140 with 485 option cases are approved faster.. it is just that some cases specially the ones with RFE are approved quickly...

I have noticed that some cases with even my ND (as above) have already been approved!!!

I wish I knew more about how VSC operates for CP cases.
