I do not think you are going to be interview. They want to clear NSC. A lot of cases ND 2004 have been transferred to TSC. They will send you the RFI soon.

Hi Masylee

Did you get the information by e-mail or letter?

I got the update by e-mail yesterday, but i also check it at the USCIS website and says samething.Of course i expect the to get a hard copy by mail like normally USCIS does.
guys again thanks for all your comments about this subjet, because i'm getting ansius about this news. let's wait and hope to get any RFI soon.
I promise to keep you update on my case.

Asylum granted 12/2003.
ND/01/2005.
Tranfer to TSC 01/2006.
Then...........?

Quite a few people received REI within 10 days after their files have been received by TSC, so good luck!

masylee
From what I observed on this forum, generally, cases assigned to TSC are processed faster. It may be not a bad thing for you that your case has been transferred from a big black hole named NSC. ;)

We are in the same boat. As I posted on another thread, I called to IO this morning and she said that it's probably a mistake since Texas Processing Center is not our local office. SHe said that Nebraska is extremely overloaded and they are sending tons of applications to Texas. Period. All we can do just wait...

well, at least they update my file, that's something. I know that for now I have to wait like all fo you guys for any news from USCIS; but a have lots of hope that this is a good sign for my process, and of course wish that also all the cases from long time ago get solve with the GC for you.
like you said we are all at the same boat, just boarding at different time...............
:)
God bless you all.

Just got the email as well

Strange is more like it. I hope you hear something soon. :D

:) Ok guys. There are three of us in the boat with the same weird email from CRIS. It makes me think it was whether a huge mistake by USCIS that everyone got the same strange email or we gonna have interviews in our local USCIS offices which is good on one hand and bad on the other hand. Good because I heard that people after interviews get their GC almost right away and bad because it's scary as a hell. Ok.. as I said let's just wait.
