ND 05/06/2002 Approved !!!

I got my approval notice by snail mail yesterday. More than 30 months of waiting just for I485 has come to an end. But I am still waiting for my wife's approval notice.

I take this time to thank everyone in this forum. It is great forum. Sometime, I don't believe some of the postings. May be that's because I don't want to accept the reality that people applied after me are getting approved. At the same time, few others applied before me still waiting with no updates. I suggest everyone to contact either their local congressman or senator.

It worked in my case. Only after contacting local congressman, I received my FP notice. Only after couple of follow-up from his office, USCIS did process my application. Online status still shows that our case is pending.
